I have a very healthy respect for Bio kineticists. After having a badly broken ankle a few years ago, I thought I would never be able to walk properly again. I was referred to a Bio kineticist and after a few sessions and plenty of exercises to do at home, I was able to walk like my old self and actually joined a walking club where I managed to achieve 5km walks three times a week. I surprised myself!!

More recently I had a hip replacement and after about eight months noticed the leg on the hip replacement side was losing muscle and my walking was affected. So once again I presented myself to a Bio kineticist practice and after approximately three months my walking and overall muscle tone has improved tremendously.
