Kaitlin’s programme is carefully crafted to promote healthy ageing and well-being in our senior residents.
By incorporating daily movement, we can:

  • Improve mood and relieve symptoms of stress and fatigue

  • Foster social engagement and cognitive stimulation

  • Enhance physical health and maintain independence

  • Reduce the risk of falls

  • Alleviate physical symptoms of joint pain and stiffness, prevent muscle contractures, and relieve constipation

  • Sip and Paint: Enjoy milkshakes while creating art in our beautiful garden

  • Arts and Crafts: Explore your creative side with various projects and materials

  • Fun Games: Engage in group activities like pool noodle challenges, ball games, bowling, memory games, and many more

  • Dancing and Music: Get moving and grooving to your favourite tunes

  • Cupcake Decorating: Indulge in sweet treats and creativity

  • Animal Visits: Interact with furry friends from local animal rescue groups
