Every Vian House tariff is all-inclusive and VAT inclusive — the room, the care, the meals, the laundry and the housekeeping. What you see below is what you pay each month.
There are no separate charges for meals, laundry, cleaning or assisted-living care. The only extras are your personal costs — doctors, medication, telephone and outings.

Cooked breakfast, a main midday meal and supper, with teas between — and dietary needs accommodated.
Your room serviced and your personal laundry done, so the day-to-day upkeep stops being your job.
Rooms are priced by size. Every room has its own en-suite bathroom and private garden access, and every rate below is VAT inclusive.

All tariffs are VAT inclusive and effective from 1 April 2026. A couple sharing any room pays a flat R7 000 above the single rate for that room. Rooms are allocated as they become available — speak to Merle about what is open now.
Eight rooms, four price points. The difference between them is floor area — the care, the meals and the service are identical in every room.
A deposit of R10 000 is payable before occupation. It is fully refundable when the resident leaves Vian House, provided there are no outstanding fees or damages.
Refunds are processed within the month of the resident's departure — no drawn-out waiting, no quibbling.
