Vian House, a part of the Kloof Retirement Villages family, is a retirement home located in the desirable area of Winston Park. Our home consists of eight tastefully finished, unfurnished en-suite rooms with private garden access. The living areas are furnished and equipped with all the essential comforts, creating a welcoming space for residents to relax and socialise. Designed with accessibility and ease of movement in mind, the living areas and rooms cater to the diverse needs of senior residents, ensuring that they have a personal sanctuary where they can truly feel at home.

Vian House boasts a range of top-notch amenities to ensure a pleasant and carefree stay for our residents. Three nutritious meals are provided daily, taking care of the residents’ dietary needs. Cleaning and laundry services are also available, relieving residents of household chores. The communal living areas are equipped with DSTV and braai facilities, allowing residents to relax, socialise and enjoy their leisure time. Our beautifully manicured gardens create a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for leisurely strolls or simply enjoying the outdoors. Safety is of utmost importance at Vian House. The retirement home is located in a secure neighbourhood and has controlled security access with cameras, ensuring the residents’ well-being and peace of mind.
CARE
Vian House is not a care centre but rather a home for seniors who are in need of the assistance that we will be providing to ease the chores of cooking, housekeeping and laundry and to have like minded residents around you for companionship.
In the event that you require your blood pressure or sugar levels to be tested, you are able to use our clinic which is available in our adjacent Winston Park care centre.
Should you require some care in the future, this can be arranged for you on the basis of Home Care, the costs of which will depend on your care needs at the time.

“”As a family, we have been dreading moving Mom and Dad out of their big old family home in Cape Town, where they had lived for almost 50 years. It was something we put off doing for months until it got to the point where they really could not cope any longer, and their medical care and security were becoming increasingly concerning for me, being on the other side of the country. However, the move to Vian House has been so much easier in every way imaginable, and they had settled after only a week of experiencing the loving care and kindness from Merle and Princess. Their every need is met with absolute professionalism but also a real feeling of family. Their little dog is incredibly happy running around the beautiful garden (Happy Dog, happy parents!!!!). Largely, it has all been possible because of the absolute concern from Princess and Merle. The food is excellent and nutritionally balanced, and the establishment of a routine has been brilliant for them. Nothing is too much trouble, from sewing their duvet cover that had got torn to doing Mom’s hair to the workout that is putting on Dad’s compression stockings every day. And yet, they are still made to feel quite independent, which is wonderful
