See the tariffsCall 031 764 3121From 1 July 2026, the Winston Park Care Centre has moved to one simplified tariff for everyone — the same fair price whether you come from one of our retirement villages or join us from outside. We've done away with the higher "outsider" rate entirely. Every tariff below includes VAT, and your first month's monthly accommodation is 20% off (respite and palliative care excluded).
What's changed — and why it's good news.
For years we charged two prices: one for residents of our villages, and a higher one — about 10% more — for everyone coming from outside. We've decided that simply isn't fair, or simple. So we've scrapped it.

Families joining us from outside our villages paid roughly 10% more than everyone else.
One tariff
Everybody pays the same fair, all-inclusive price — no "outsider" premium, no catch.

Effective 1 July 2026. All rates are VAT inclusive. Daily rates suit short respite and palliative stays; monthly rates are for longer-term assisted living and frail care.

The deposit, and what's included.
Monthly accommodation
A R10 000 deposit is payable before moving in — and it's fully refundable when you leave, provided there are no outstanding fees or damages.
Palliative care
A 14-day deposit of R15 750 (14 days at the daily rate) is payable before occupation, settled against the stay.
Refunded promptly
Your deposit is processed and returned within the month of departure. No long waits, no quibbling.
VAT already in
Every rate on this page includes VAT. The price you see is the price you pay — care itself is added only by assessment, when it's needed.
